This
project involved exterior and interior changes
as well as budget and time constraints. We
started by moving the garage door access from
the alley and in the process gained valuable
yard space down the south side of the property.
The
brickwork on the garage needed a lot of
attention from years of ivy and water damage.
Given the fiscal constraints we suggested
painting the brick, thereby eliminating much of
the cost of brick and tuck point matching that
would have been required.
The
interior was renovated and updated, the floor
refinished, and the walls and ceilings
repainted. All major mechanicals were updated.
The kitchen was completely replaced as shown in
the before and after pictures.
